This is an introductory course designed for all new hunters. The program provides important information for the individuals interested in hunting. 1. About Hunter Education 2. Ecosystems and wildlife managment 3. Wildlife Laws 4. Responsible Hunting 5. Hunting Equipments 6. First Aid and Survival Class H1 Outdoors Card – Residents Only.  The H1 card permits the cardholder to hunt with all methods permitted under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act.  Applicants for this version of Outdoors Card must pass both the Ontario Hunter Education Course exam and the Canadian Firearms Safety Course exam. Class H2 Outdoors Card – Residents Only.  The H2 card permits the cardholder to hunt with all methods permitted under the act except guns.  Applicants for this version of the Outdoors Card must pass  the Ontario Hunter Education Course exam.

The Program covers the following:
Students must be minimum 12 years of age. Students must provide a valid identification issued by a government agency e.g. drivers license, birth certificate. For Safety reasons, NO student is permitted to bring any firearm or ammunition to the classroom. Deactivated Firearms and dummy ammunition are provided by the instructor. Students MUST arrive on time and Full Attendance is required. Course and Exam Fee: $120
